Hotel Natalia 18 - Lviv

The staff was VERY FRIENDLY, the room was well decorated and brand-new with a/c. The hotel had a central setting easy to get around using the trams. I tried some drinks at bar Gasova Lampa, located 5 minutes walk away.

There was elevator missing.

The place looked amazing, with freshly done up rooms, and the staff here made me feel very welcome. 😊

I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major sights. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were well-equipped and had air conditioning. The breakfast was delicious, especially the butter!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ukraine and had a fantastic experience. the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, allowing me to easily explore all the downtown attractions on foot. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect, including air conditioning. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide selection of options including fresh butter. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the prompt towel and toiletry replacements after the first night of my stay.

I booked a room with a nice bed, climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel TV. The staff was very good and welcoming when needed. The location was marvelous for walking around Old Town. Plus, it was right by the restaurant and a tram line.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city. It's right next to the Old Town and Lviv centre, putting you close to all the action. Some rooms have good views, and the facilities are generally good. the bathrooms are clean and come with toiletries, and the staff is helpful. Plus, the breakfast is tasty.

The hotel has some downsides. For instance, the furniture can be cheap and worn, and the room can smell like cigarettes.

The hotel provided complimentary hot chocolate and cookies that were perfect for the Christmas season. the location of the hotel was ideal, walking distance to the main attractions and near public transportation hubs.

The breakfast options were limited and not suitable for vegetarian guests. those with mobility issues may want to reconsider as the stairs were not well-lit and there was no elevator.

This hotel is unbelievably good, located on the edge of the city center. Its convenient location makes it perfect for tourists visiting Lviv, as it is within walking distance of the Opera theater, main streets, and squares. The staff is excellent, providing attentive service and ensuring that all basic amenities are taken care of. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, surpassing the standards of other hotels in the area. Furthermore, the breakfast options are rarely good in hotels in Ukraine, but this hotel offers a menu selection which is excellent and delicious.

Spacious and clean room with air conditioning that kept the city noise out. The location was amazing, close to the city center and with accessible parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our baby stroller. The breakfast had a good variety of choices. I had a nice experience at Natalia 18 and would recommend it.
